Gift Voucher and Gift Code terms and conditions
- Gift Vouchers and Gift Codes purchased from 5 Storeys may be used as payment or part payment in exchange for goods sold on our website.
- Please protect your gift voucher or gift code; we cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged vouchers. This includes vouchers lost in the post or codes used in error.
- Gift vouchers and gift codes are valid until the expiry date indicated on the voucher or e-voucher. This is usually 12 months from date of purchase or 12 months from the significant date for seasonal vouchers.
- Gift vouchers and codes may only be redeemed in full via the website. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Gift vouchers and codes have no cash value.
- Gift vouchers and codes can only be redeemed once. Once the voucher code of the gift voucher has been applied, it cannot be re-entered against any future order with us.
- Once the gift voucher has expired (indicated on the voucher) we will not refund any balance remaining.
- If you return goods you have purchased with a gift voucher, we will credit your account with the value of the refund. This can be redeemed by emailing customer services.
- We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift voucher which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
- Gift vouchers are not valid with any of our suppliers directly.
- Gift vouchers cannot be purchased to contribute to the minimum order value thresholds for certain discounts or promotions.
- We reserve the right to amend the gift voucher and gift code terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
